A vented, dirt-floor crawl space pulls in humid air all summer and holds onto it all winter — encapsulation cuts that cycle off completely, often noticeably within a season.

Four commitments that separate a properly trained crawl space encapsulation crew from a generalist showing up with a truck and a hope.
Our crews understand stack effect, dew point, and vapor drive, not just how to lay down a liner.
Most Petersburg, TN inspections are scheduled within a day or two of your call.
No surprise charges for pier count or vent sealing — those are accounted for during the initial walkthrough.
Dehumidifiers, when installed, are crawl-space-rated units sized to cubic footage, drained to an existing sump or gravity line.
Each service below is scoped specifically to crawl space encapsulation, not a generic waterproofing menu with the name swapped in.
Seams are taped and mechanically fastened at wall terminations so the barrier performs as one continuous system. This is the baseline fix for most crawl spaces showing chronic humidity above 60 percent.
We seal vents with rigid foam or vent covers as part of a full encapsulation, converting the space to a sealed, conditioned environment.
Even a fully encapsulated space can hold residual moisture from concrete curing, plumbing condensation, or seasonal swings. We size units to cubic footage, not floor area, since ceiling height varies significantly between crawl spaces.
We install a dedicated sump basin and pump sized to the space's water intake, tied into the encapsulation system's drainage channel.
Prolonged moisture exposure softens floor joists and sill plates well before it's visible from inside the home.
Here's the exact path from your call to a finished encapsulation.
A quick phone triage helps us bring the right liner thickness and dehumidifier sizing to the first visit.
You'll get a text confirmation with an arrival window before the technician heads out.
Pricing is itemized: liner and sealing, vent covers, dehumidifier if recommended, sump work if needed.
Encapsulation work carries a written warranty against liner failure and seam separation.
